Agent lied and refused to answer query

My experience with LJ Southport was terrible. I rented a furnished apartment from them and been told dinning table and washing machine had been ordered and would arrive soon after I moved in. I asked like thirty times for the furnitures and they never arrive until the lease terminated. Agent even refused to admit furnitures were promised and she said the promise was made by someone who no longer works with them. My lease agreement does not require mattress and sofa cleaning, but agent Veronica told me the agreement does require sofa cleaning. When I asked which section of the agreement pointing to these requirements, she refused to answer my emails and calls. She caused me spent extra $500 on cleaning.
