LJ Hooker Southport has managed our investment property on the Gold Coast for more than three years, and we have always been impressed with their professionalism, communication and care. More recently, when our family relocated up north and last-minute changes meant we needed to rent out our family home, we reached out to Ben for assistance. Without hesitation, Ben stepped in to help and appointed Elle to manage the listing. Moving intrastate while trying to secure suitable tenants was incredibly stressful, but Elle made the process so much easier from the very beginning. She was engaged, proactive and thorough in screening appropriate tenants, and even went out of her way to organise a lock box to help things run smoothly.
