Alex McCormack review of sale of our property

We chose Alex and his team at LJ Hooker Southport to market our property for two reasons. Firstly, as they were the managing agents we didn't want to have the tenant disadvantaged in any way with having to deal with another agency, and secondly (and most importantly) we wanted a Southport area specialist. We feel our decision was fully justified as Alex and his team were able to successfully negotiate with the tenant terrific access during the marketing of the property which went under contract within 3 weeks of being listed. We are certain that the guidance provided by Alex ensured the property was given the maximum and appropriately targeted exposure to achieve the result we were seeking.
