I was recommended to Danny by a friend who had recently sold through him and had been very happy with the service. Danny told us where the market was and where and how we should price our house. We sold the house in 10 days and had 7 offers the first open house exactly in the middle of his recommended price range. Danny handled all the buyers very well and directed us to the best opportunity with the least amount of problems. He managed all of the sale including liaising with the conveyancer and for the inspections and even helped us sell our unwanted furniture to the buyer. LJ Hooker St Andrews have managed our property for many years with no complaints from us as to their standards or ethics .Some time prior to listing our property for sale , I met Danny Lo Castro very briefly , and was very impressed by his attitude and professional approach , so I had no reason to seek assistance from an alternative agent when the time was right , which was around twelve months after our first discussion .I contacted Danny and arranged an appointment with him , where he took the time to listen to our requirements , and explained his approach to selling our property in a very detailed way . He arranged everything including suggesting some maintenance to improve the appearance of the property . His follow up in relation to the open houses was excellent and despite some problems with the first purchaser , he continued in a very positive and professional manner ,and secured a successful sale for us , despite the purchaser being extremely difficult to deal with .
