Great experience
Working with Paul has been a pleasure. There were certainly challenges along the way due to banks, etc but at every juncture Paul was as solid as a rock with a positive and happy demeanour. I'd suggest that if you're working with Paul, you're in good hands.

Utterly painless!
Paul ensured that the whole undertaking of selling my property was without drama. He was professional and efficient at all times. His estimates of price and time on the market were accurate. Paul consistently updated me on expressions of interest and offers made. I very much appreciated his honest, no-nonsense approach, and found him to be friendly and approachable. After having gone through some nightmarish experiences with real estate agents previously, it was a delight to deal with Paul and be able to sleep at night!
