After losing faith in our first agent, we were introduced to Dean. We asked Dean to give us his opinion on the salability of our home. Dean confirmed our feelings that our initial agent was not looking out for best interests, and then explained how he would improve our situation. It was a difficult situation, because the house had been on the market for four weeks with weekly price reductions "to get new buyers in", as our initial agents explained. All this did was reduce the offers, and we knew our home was worth more than was being offered.
