Communication was outstanding. I was impressed by how incredibly responsive and prompt Simon was. Importantly he was without exception armed with the right information with a talented way of delivering it. Being a difficult market, it wasn’t what I’d consider an ‘easy sale’ and there were some points along the way that required a lot of effort. Nathan was fantastic to deal with throughout our entire experience buying our first home.
