Historically I don't like real estate agents. I've had more poor experiences than even adequate ones - however selling my apartment with Lucy was none of these. I had a somewhat difficult situation with having the property still tenanted. Lucy went above and beyond what I anticipated and treated both myself and the tenant extremely well. Communication was impeccable and I felt like a person and not a paycheck. Lucy was prepared for every eventuality and had solutions all lined up. No complaints

We purchased a house recently where Simon was the selling agent, he was fantastic to deal with, excellent, fast and concise with all communication! Simon is extremely friendly and approachable from our point of view as a buyer, unfortunately a lot of agents aren’t like this towards buyers, but Simon has bucked this trend! Having said that he still worked very hard for the sellers to get them the best possible price for their home and settlement conditions as you would expect him to do so!
