We selected Dean and Simon because we saw their names on listings everywhere locally. Knowing that this isn’t everything, we met with three agents before choosing Dean and Simon. They operated as a team, with no ego and a clear goal which was to work on our behalf. We liked that Dean was honest about not knowing a price for our property and recommending going to auction even though it’s not normally his preference. Together, they had their own roles with Dean taking the lead and providing regular feedback and Simon doing a fabulous job with the advert wording and getting other paperwork in order.
