From the moment we met Nathan we were impressed with his extensive knowledge of the local market and his overall manner. Nathan was very straightforward to deal with and worked with us to develop a plan to prepare the house for sale. He answered all our questions in a frank and transparent manner and put our mind to ease in terms of the process. When the time came to list the property, Nathan oversaw the photos and general presentation, again also patiently answering questions we had. In terms of success, I don't think it comes much better than a sold sign 6 days after the listing went up at a price way beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend Nathan to anyone thinking of selling in the area - he is a thoroughly decent person with an exceptional talent for selling.
