I was up front and realistic with him about my position and he used that to only tell me about potential buyers who fitted this criteria. Thus saving time for me and them. As a result I never felt pressured and I think he got a good result in light of the current market.

I personally as a Vendor found Dean 'knew his stuff'. He was 'on the ball' consistently keeping up to date with what the market was doing & relaying that same info to me & with a keen interest always. His communication was excellent, prepared to offer information but also always prepared to listen to another's point of view or if need be to explain where he was coming from with his. I found him amicable, very willing to assist wherever he could, trustworthy & respectful. That should go both ways & it did as these particular pofessionals nearly eat & breathe real estate. Dean & his offsider Simon met all my criteria & with Dean as my primary Agent his enthusiasm was always there in answering any queries. I knew with different calendar events cropping up throughout this time, I found he would reassure me as to what & why things were/were not happening. It's important for a Vendor to be informed & especially re-assured & I trusted his judgement. Wasnt the easiest market to sell in leading up to a federal election plus a downward turn happening but kept giving me genuine re-assurance. Both Dean & Simon were always very pleasant to deal with & I would not hesitate to recommend them in the Stafford & its surrounding area. Dean was always punctual & there for me as a mature age Vendor & I look back on the experience of selling with Dean as being a pleasant communicative one & appreciated his going the extra mile & always being available for my queries & very prompt in getting back to me with information if he didn't have on the spot. It can be a traumatic sole experience selling single-handed but these two Agents were always there for my guidance & re-assurance. It was explained there were reasons my expectation price possibly wouldn't be met at the beginning of the selling exercise & I had to come to terms with that. But as said it was a difficult market for selling in & Dean hung in there for me. So overall a very worthwhile experience. Many thanks guys 👏
