My wife and I have been looking for a house for over 12 months and during that time we would have met up to 100 agents. Dean was a standout due to his direct no BS approach and thorough knowledge of individual properties and market. Often agents dont resonate with both husband and wife, but Dean managed this effortlessly. Also when it came down to an issue of integrity, Dean was upfront and handled it flawlessly. We also required some out of hours inspections and Dean went out of his way to make that happen when others would not have. I cannot recommend Dean highly enough.

Let’s be frank. Agents seldom get a positive rap. They can be pushy, full of hot air, dressed in cheap suits, smell of cheap aftershave and have bad hair. But then I met Dean. He was frank, humble and a great communicator. A refreshing change. And to top it off, he answers his phone and even calls you back. A all round top agent.
