Dean was not our first choice as agent and initially we went with another agent much to our disappointment as the house did not sell at auction and remained on the market for 60 days. During this time Dean kept in touch, wishing us all the best and telling us how good the house presented in photos. We bought our 5 bedroom house in a dress circle location with sweeping city views through Dean. Dean knows every detail of the property, and always answers his phone/ reply to emails in no time which gave us confidence in dealing with him. Dean demonstrated full confidence as he takes care of open homes all by himself. From our experience, properties in this price range are always attended by 2 or more agents. He handled it alone paying no less attention to every potential customer at the open house. He is an efficient and effective negotiator, and tried to close the deal by all means in a professional and timely manner. He is the only agent who hands out e-brochures amongst all other properties we inspected. He is smart and helpful from day 1, and he communicates with the seller promptly to keep things going.
