I met with 2 other agents before meeting with Marie. Both friendly but neither came with the energy or enthusiasm that Marie did. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable on the current market and determined to get me the best price. Which she delivered after the first home open, 3 days after listing my property which was 2 days before Christmas!
