We had been driving around the area for a day or two. Looking on the net even longer. Time to call into the office and get things moving. After the formalities, the nerves went and talking to Rob was like we had known him for years. Nothing was a problem, his background knowledge of the town and people was helpful. Marie was very patient with us as we had some problems attaining finance approval so she was able smooth over with the vendor and now we have a unit for our son to live in. There were some challenges on the way with some clerical errors for the deposit receipt and an error on the lot Number but Marie was able to resolve these without impact to the sale.
