Took a year to sell

I had my unit listed for over a year with LJ Hooker. Not one offer even though other units were selling in the complex and of similar quality. It is for this reason I give one star. I requested Sam take it off the original sales representative as it was unacceptable to have had to endure that representative’s level of selling efforts. I had requested that it not be given to that representative but was told Sam worked with her. This was not the case, in my opinion.
