We sold our house via auction for a price that was well beyond our expectations.
Brendan/Kos and the LJ Hooker team did a great job selling our house in Wishart. They had excellent knowledge of the local market, recent sales, and put together a very well thought out strategy to sell our property in a short period of time. They helped source some local trades to assist with some minor repairs and coordinated the whole process for us. We sold our house via auction for a price that was well beyond our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the result.
