My family and I would like to thank Peter and his team at LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills for their professionalism and expertise and thoughtful consideration with the Sale of our late Grandmothers home. They were amazing and delivered a result we never thought possible. Thank you so very much.

If you are looking for a property in Peter Florentzos's neighbourhood, you are lucky! Look no further. Living in a different state, it was extremely difficult to deal agent(s) remotely but Peter made the purchase process so easy and flawless.

Ms Shirley Chow from LJ HOOKER SUNNYBANK HILL, has done an excellent professional job in selling our two properties in Robertson. She has shown tremendous enthusiasm to help us to get the houses ready for the big day. To our surprise, both the houses were sold on the first week on open house. This is how professional she is. We are very glad that we have put our properties in her good hand and will certainly do it again if opportunities arise. Happy to work with her in every aspect. We wish her a great future in her sales of more houses to come her way and successful in all her dealings. We would like to take this opportunity also to thank her very capable assistant Ms Helen Zhang, who has been very patient with us, for all the procedures in the paper work (which is almost done by computer and we are not very good in the technology world). Thank you once again and all the best.

Peter and his entire team were very professional and had excellent knowledge about real estate in the area. Peter was very efficient, reliable, and kept us updated throughout the selling process. He was also very approachable and always returned our calls. Peter’s advice and recommendations during the selling process was spot on. The entire process from listing to the auction and the settlement was smooth & worry free. Our property was sold at the Auction. I can see why Peter is one of LJ Hooker’s top achievers with international recognition. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Peter, Ling and the team. Thank you. Shiran and Jackie.

Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
Jackson Chow
Jackson is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He promptly replied to all the emails and SMS and went above and beyond to guide me through the process.
Jackson Chow
Jackson was phenomenal and a consummate professional during our short time in which we sought his service. He articulated what each stage of selling our property consisted of and provided us with timely updates with how the process was going. This meant we were confident in not only his abilities but the selling process itself. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in entering the property market to contact Jackson.

One of the best agents you'll find. Gary is an excellent agent who strives to achieve the best possible result for his clients. My property was not an easy one to sell since there were not many successful resales in the past few years. Not only Gary sold it in a short period of time, but he also got absolute top dollar for my property! This man was everything that you'd expect of a professional agent. If I had a question, Gary would be very quick in getting back to me. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with Kevin selling our property as we were initially nervous, living in Sydney. But he always kept in constant contact via phone, email and sms throughout and even all the way through our lengthy settlement (when most agents don't bother!). We highly recommend him and will call him again when it's time to sell or other properties up there. Thanks again Kevin!
Kevin Ahn
Kevin was fantastic. From the first phone call to handover Kevin was there supporting us and guiding us. His knowledge and experience are second to none. If you want someone who is there for you Kevin is your man.

I am very very pleased with Kevin. He took over my listing from a previous agent whom did not do a good job in addition, this property in fact had quite a number of negative selling points. But he was able to market this property where it became saleable where the negative selling point did not matter that much. I got close to the price I wanted. I was very impressed with his ability to sell, work ethics, professionalism, able to resolve difficult and challenging situations. You must hire him! Thank you so much, Kevin. I am very grateful and blessed to have engaged you.

Can't be more grateful. If you wish to find a real estate agent who is trustworthy, fair to the Seller and buyer, reliable, with a can-do attitude, Gary is the best person I can recommend. He was honest, punctual, and all the way with us, even after our deal was sealed. If we could give him 10 Stars, we definitely would do that. He is very easy to deal with, humble, professional, and a real gentleman. Wish there were more agents in the industry with his values and ethics.
