Daniel made the sale of my property a happy experience,he undertook the sale of my property in a very professional,honest,courteous way and in my case with great empathy as I was under considerable stress at the time to the extent that I advised Daniel to move property at a rock bottom price and to my benefit he refused stating it was worth what he originally advised. I feel he took on some of my stress and within about 2weeks had a buyer at the original price,it was not about just getting a sale and thus his commission but achieving the best outcome for me the vendor. I am extremely greatful to Daniel and would recommend him to anybody if they wanted to achieve and experience a successful sale of there property with a minimum of fuss. It's very rare to find such a business with faultless proficiency and professionalism and with staff who are not only exceptional at what they do but go well out of their way to support their clients throughout the whole endeavor. I couldn't possibly thank Daniel Garton and the whole team at LJ Hooker Taree enough. Selling my property was a stressful experience for me but I felt greatly supported from beginning to end and Daniel somehow also managed to secure a better price for my property than I was expecting in these times. It was clear very early on that they really know what they're doing and that they know the market very well. Their knowledge and honest advice gave me reassurance all the way through the selling process and I feel very fortunate that the sale was in their hands. As with the associate who recommended them to me, I couldn't recommend them enough for their integrity, their kind and friendly approach and of course for the fact that they made the sale happen.
