I was very happy with Kevin's expertise and friendly manner. Actually, this is the third property that he has sold for me. Obviously, if I was not more than satisfied, then I wouldn't have been a repeat customer. The thing with Kevin is that he tells you how it is - none of the usual real estate agent spiels.
