outstanding result
Right from the initial consult, Kevin was professional and approachable. His bargaining skills were tremendous in getting me a price that was well above what was expected. The process was made less stressful by Kevin looking after all the details of the sale and liaising with third parties on my behalf. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend him.

Extremely satisfied customer
I was very happy with Kevin's expertise and friendly manner. Actually, this is the third property that he has sold for me. Obviously, if I was not more than satisfied, then I wouldn't have been a repeat customer. The thing with Kevin is that he tells you how it is - none of the usual real estate agent spiels. I have highly recommend Kevin to all my friends and also encourage anybody out there deciding on which agent to go with to do the same. You can't go wrong with Kevin!

Easy to deal with.
Kevin was easy to deal with from sigh up to sale. Throughout our sales process we really felt like Kevin was there for us and was representing 100%. I would definitely recommend him to anyone selling or buying as he was hard working, honest and delivered a great result! Thanks Kevin

Kevin was extremely pro-active during the sale process in terms of open house inspections, advising on presentation of property, following up leads, circulating database prospects, assisting with the general marketing of the property, negotiating an acceptable outcome for the seller and in assisting with finalising the sale transaction.
