2011, I was looking for a unit in the Central Coast and met Scott. He took me around same day for several unit with my preference and found what really, I wanted for and bought it. I would like to recommend and rate Irina Filippocich from LJHooker The Entrance. I found Irina to be a vibrant personality at first. She showed me the property in fine detail. I hadn’t sold my property so wasn’t confident in obtaining this new one. Irina kindly said I could put .25 deposit and hope that my place sells during cooling off period. She was encouraging and positive in everything she said, so l put the small deposit not feeling confident.. During the cooling off period my place sold. I’m so glad I took her advice to take a chance and put deposit. Irina kept in touch and answered all my texts and emails with great care and detail. She is highly professional, with a touch of real down to earth communication and understanding.
