Smooth sailing and good outcome....

I work in the property industry so deal with Real Estate Agents all day every day but I haven't had many transactions with Shahbaj in the past as I deal mostly in the Fremantle area and I wanted to use someone neutral to sell my home rather than a contact I deal with regularly.
