•Saj was to the point, he didn't tell us 'what we wanted to hear', he told us how it was. He was upfront about what the seller was likely to accept so there was no need for counter offers. Although his promise that the seller would accept our offer was looking a bit 'shakey' for a little while, we didn't budge and it was eventually accepted. Happy days!
