After meeting with three other agents, I chose Nathan based on the following – • He didn’t promise things to get listing • Was direct with facts of the area • He went out of his way to meet me late at night to fix my work hours. • A genuine person and wasn’t pushy like others. We listed my property to sell the same week that all the rate rises happened plus at the start of a very wet winter.
