Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable agent

Nicola was one of three agents we met to discuss selling our home, after which we knew she's the agent who would get the job done. She knew how to market our home, and not only did she get our house under offer in 18 days, we also got above asking price all in the middle of a pandemic! If that doesn't scream 'top agent', we're not sure what does. Nicola was honest about the market from the get go, and she obviously knows the area and how to present a home.
