The best agent
Over the years we have bought and sold a number of properties and Nick was definitely the best and the friendliest agent we have dealt with. Recently he assisted us in purchasing an apartment and the whole experience was very positive and stress free. We liked his professional yet no pressure, relaxed approach. Every question we had was answered promptly, inspections were organised with a friendly and helpful attitude and the purchase documents were completed efficiently. He was always up front and honest with us and we are extremely happy with our purchase.

Very professional service
We were the buyers and Nick acted as a selling agent to the vendor. It was a chellenge as we were buying remotely from Victoria without seeing the property. Nick was contactable day and night, always answered our calls, was happy to do Zoom inspection. Very knowledgeable, top professional. If we are to sell we would consider his services.

Buying a house
We bought our new house through Nick. He was very thorough and a genuine bloke. We hadn't seen our house until day before settlement so a bit of a scary thing to do for us.Nick was very honest about the property and told us what it was like and what state it was in. He had great knowledge of the area also. We would highly recommend using him for the sale of your house or if you are buying your new property. A lovely guy.
