Nicks ongoing professional guidance and management throughout the sale and his ability to provide sound advice is to be commended. His subject knowledge is excellent and his ability to provide simple but effective ideas to better your sale was invaluable. Nicks access to quality trades people (at short notice) for maintenance issues was a bonus and his ongoing updates allowed for a stress-free process. I have bought and sold many properties in the past and without a doubt Nick has been the best Agent I have dealt with to date. LJ Hooker also provided an app for your phone that enabled you to follow the progress of your sale throughout, something I had not seen before. Credit should also go to the Office staff at LJ Hooker Palm Cove who were always easy to deal with.
