His level of what is required and trends in the market to pricing are second to none. Patrick’s ability to work with the vendor and communicate what is required to any/all potential purchasers is also exceptional. His communication back from the purchaser is very prompt and precise. From personal experience his ability to understand the purchasers’ requests and provide that information back to me made it very easy for me to work with him. Patrick was very conscious and considerate of dealing with me as the vendor on every occasion. He always provided me with confidence in every aspect of his work.
