Sally demonstrated her great insight, knowledge, integrity and experience within the time I have had the pleasure of coming to an agreement with her and her client. Throughout the whole process she had everyones best interests in mind and even exceeded those interests. Her communication was clear, concise and understanding. I am someone who is not available at all times due to work and she was immensely courteous and understanding. She was able to provide me expert advice and knowledge from her wealth of experience every step of the way - even in areas that weren't parts of her job directly. Overall, I am incredibly happy with my purchase and Sally was able to give me peace of mind by helping me with all my questions and worries throughout the process. Sally was easy to deal with during the sale of my property. She kept in contact with me every step of the way so I knew what was happening. I also had a tenant in the house I was selling and Sally and Andrew were very considerate of this and worked around the tenant. I also received many phone calls for updates along the way, after open homes and follow ups. I was after a quick sale as it was time for me to move on with my life and they delivered. there service was much appreciated. I'm probably never going to buy a house in Canberra again but if I was I would definitely go through Sally and Andrew. They are a great team
