It was obvious she has many years experience in building client relationships and marketing real estate. She excelled in getting everything involved in getting my property listed promptly, coming up with great marketing ideas to make it stand out from the others, drafting a brochure, ensuring there were a good number of bidders to help engender the necessary competition on auction day and achieving a price well beyond my expectations on the day - in fact, $70,000 above expectations. Sally made sure that the whole process kept moving efficiently. She was always courteous and helpful with her advice and in fact went beyond her normal duties to assist me. I was aware generally that it is always better to market your home with a large agency with a good number of homes on the market in the area one’s home is located.
