Prior experience with at least one real estate agent that would be considered a competitor to LJ Hooker ( in Victoria ) had left me sincerely underwhelmed. Against this context, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Hercules. He was able to respond to my questions honestly and without feeling the need to pad out his answers or elaborate unnecessarily. If he did not know something, he was able to tell me that rather than supply an answer he thought I might have wanted. The only time I experienced any kind of pressure from him was when it was needed - in my case, to make sure I put down the deposit in time! He relayed the vendor's position objectively, and as a consequence of that I was able to close on this deal. Thank you, Herc.
