We originally bought our house through Justin. During this process I found he worked very hard for the Vendor so when I considered selling my house I had Justin come out. We held on to the house for a further 12 months however during this time Justin would ring and keep me updated with the market conditions in case we changed our mind. When we did decide to sell Justin was helpful, patient and offered very good advice. He was true to his word and had our house sold in a week for more money than we thought we would get, needless to say we were extremely happy about that! The sale was a very smooth process and there was minimal disruption for our tenant.
