Market Knowledge!

Justin was of enormous assistance given we were unable to be physically present during the sale process. Justin was instrumental in organising a contractor to refurbish the property, as well as overseeing the works, on our behalf. His knowledge of the market meant that he was able to negotiate with individuals who had made unsuccessful offers on other premises. This allowed us to avoid the time and cost of the normal marketing process and made the whole exercise that much less stressful.
