I would like to personally thank Justin and Belinda for there tireless efforts in selling my property. Justin recommended an auction and worked extremely hard over the four open house weekends to attract prospective buyers. Even though there seemed to be considerable interest it came down to one bidder on the day who was initially well short of the reserve. Through his first hand knowledge of the local area and superior negotiating skills he was able to convince the buyer that the property was well worth the reserve price and was a good investment opportunity for the future. Justin was able to negotiate a price just shy of the reserve which I was extremely pleased with considering the softening property market and other dwellings being passed in well short of their reserves.
