On doing my due diligence of agents in the area I instinctively knew before I met Justin & Belinda Bond that they were the people for the job. We had 4 agents through the property & their presentation was the best. Their knowledge of the area was sound & price estimation was realistic. Communication throughout the process has been first rate & their nothing is a problem attitude made us feel comfortable with our choice with them. We listed the property on Monday and had our first open house on Saturday and the property exchanged on Sunday achieving top dollar which we didn't expect.
