I had decided a few years ago if we sold our house in Killarney Vale I would ask Justin Bond to be our agent. I had seen that Justin has the ability to sell houses very quickly and for the appropriate price, so I had all the confidence that he would be able to sell our home when the time came. Justin was wonderful in every aspect of the sale of our home. Justin kindly helped our daughter look for a rental property as she had to move out of our home. We needed our home to be "cleaned up" ie new carpet, painted ect, but as we presently live in Victoria this was going to be a big task.Justin came to the rescue and organised a fellow to do the work required to make the house presentable. Justin met with some local pool cleaners to organise our pool to be cleaned, he also met with carpet people when we had trouble getting the original carpet that was ordered. Nothing was a bother for Justin to help us with, with us being so far away. Justin said to me "we are going to get this house of yours sold for a good price" and thats exactly what he did for us. Justin used his fantastic negotiating skills to get the best price he could for the sale of our home. If you are feeling anxious then Justin is the person to deal with. He is very knowledgeable. I did not have to worry about anything as Justin's communication is amazing. He is honest with you, good and bad but he sold our house in record time with a price we were happy with. Justin is very professional and dealt well with our tenants.
