Jason helped us to market our property in Dayton. The first thing that took us by surprise was that he said yes! We had approached multiple agents and none were interested in marketing it because it was too far for them or not their area of specialisation. Jason was willing to take on the challenge and did extensive market research so that he could advise us how best to price our expectations and get good offers for the property. His analysis was spot on and we got some good offers upon the first showing. Following which, he successfully helped us negotiate the offer up a little. Jason was really honest about our expecatations with pricing and gave us an accurate perspective of what is reasonable and what is unreasonable. He did this with professionalism, backed by his own analysis of the market trends in the area. Really top job. Would definitely recommend him to others and also engage him again in future.

I engaged with Diane regarding selling a unit and from the start she was very upfront with what to expect and the process. This would be expected but she went above and beyond providing feedback regarding the property condition, tenants at the time and things I should focus on. I wasn’t in a rush and despite engaging in October of 2024 she simple kept in contact and continued to provide advice until the property eventually went on the market in June. She was always willing to assist with minor tasks I couldn’t do ( I don’t live in Perth), never complained and had things completed very quickly. I really don’t like selling/buying property because of what’s involved and stressing about the result. But Diane made it very easy, stress free and in all my time I don’t think I’ve ever met someone so professional. Highly recommend anyone wanting to use her services you won’t be disappointed

I have know Kim for awhile now and knew she was a housing agent which was when I decided to let her handle the sale of my home.
