He provided very friendly and personal services. For example, he called up twice a week to provide me regular updates before and after every property inspection. He was very responsible and followed up with the potential buyers tightly even with buyers outside of Canberra to maximise chances. Buyer of my apartment is from Sydney while the local market was not very active.
