Great communicator, have good knowledge of the market and acted professionally

Martin got in touch with me after I posted on facebook as my previous agent was not up to mark. Although, 5 agents approached me, I found Martin to be the most friendly, pro active and not too pushy like a few other agents. In fact, he was the only person who follow up with me as I did not appoint him until a month later. I gave my previous agent an "extended" month to get my home sold but he failed to deliver.
