Deciding to sell our beautiful home and property was very emotional for us but Keryn held our hands and guided us through the whole process. From her extensive knowledge of the local area to her honest, down to earth appraisal, feedback after viewings and ultimately signing a contract we could not fault Keryn. We did our homework and had several appraisals done with the results so varied - a guideline price of between this much and that much, one not really committing to a price but ensuring it would be high 8’s and another admitting to being unsure given the equine aspect of our property. Keryn sat down with us and explained where she saw the price sitting in the current market and why, such refreshing honesty!! From there Keryn worked hard with any viewings, following up with prospective buyers and then letting us know what was happening.
