Soon Tee and L.J Hooker did a fantastic job. We just wanted to thank you both so much for your help in selling the property. Soon was remarkably helpful in selling the house, and his approach was professional and very positive. Soon Tee's local knowledge and client/customer relationship make him a successful agent in Granville area, and we highly recommend him. Thanks

David's knowledge and background about the area helped give me a great picture as to how much my house would sell for. He is very professional, punctual and organised. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their property. Selling my first home was very emotional and David showed us great support and was able to help us exceed our sale price to give us a great start to our new chapter. Thank you David for all the hard work and preparations to make this happen.

David was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the home buying process (which we were really anxious over, as it is our first home). He is very genuine and I could tell that he had everyone’s best interests in mind. David also kept us informed where our banker and lawyer couldn’t/didn’t. Highly recommended!

I was very indecisive and confused about my property and which direction to take. Luckily I’ve met David by chance and out of all the agents I have spoken to, I was most comfortable with David. David made everything clear to me, took the time to send me an email about market reports and helped me sell my property within the first 2 weeks. Highly recommend David for his honesty and knowledge.
