David was absolutely amazing from the first phone call to the signing of the contracts. The property was not yet listed on Domain/Realestate and I only saw the sign outside. Once I reached out, he was very accommodating with my work schedule and saw me twice at 6/6:30pm to let my family see it as well. He was very knowledgable and transparent with any issues the property had and provided me with all the right documents as soon as I requested them. Throughout the process, he really had both mine and the vendors best intrest at heart, and I had a signed offer 10 days after initially seeing it. I would recommend David to both sellers and buyers, and will be sending all my friends and family his way! Thank you David!
