Professional and 5 star experience

Recently purchased a property with Steven khawam. We went in with the mindset that all agents are out to benefit themselves in a property sale so we really didn’t think that it would be as much of a beneficial outcome as it turned out to be. We were pleasantly surprised with Steve. He really supported us throughout the whole process while still maintaining that professionalism and also showing so much care for the owners of the property that he was selling for. It was clear that he cares about both parties and making sure that both outcomes were agreeable.
