Paulette and Peter at LJ Hooker are excellent at the job of selling property. Yes I had to take a bit less than I wanted to in the end but when I needed to sell the market was at a low point. As much as it is difficult to hear they helped and guided me to make the right choice to match the property to the market conditions. Having said that when it came time for the potential purchaser to try the back and forth of pricing, Paulette and Peter stood steadfast and I ended up getting what the property was finally listed for. Paulette and Peter also sold our parents estate for us when we were going through hard emotions times and at that time got over our asking price so that too was a bonus. They look after you throughout the process and even were willing to negotiate on costs so both parties were happy.

I have found Paulette totally professional and courteous in her approach to the selling of our house. She gave a complete and full explanation of what we can expect regarding the selling of property, the pitfalls and all, particularly within our area, she had a very sound knowledge of the pricing of property and demonstrated this with a a property portfolio of recent housing sales. Paulette inquired as to our concerns and expectations once the house is on the market and she was right on the money stating once the house is advertised that her expectations for the sale of the house could be a little as two to three weeks and that's exactly what occurred. Paulette kept contact with us and informing us of possible buyers with various offers made. Paulette fought hard for us to get the right price, the sale of the house was given a price range and in the end the upper level of that price range was achieved.
