Paulette and Peter at LJ Hooker are excellent at the job of selling property. Yes I had to take a bit less than I wanted to in the end but when I needed to sell the market was at a low point. As much as it is difficult to hear they helped and guided me to make the right choice to match the property to the market conditions. Having said that when it came time for the potential purchaser to try the back and forth of pricing, Paulette and Peter stood steadfast and I ended up getting what the property was finally listed for. Paulette and Peter also sold our parents estate for us when we were going through hard emotions times and at that time got over our asking price so that too was a bonus. They look after you throughout the process and even were willing to negotiate on costs so both parties were happy.
