Outstanding real estate agent!
It has been a great experience selling our house with Yin Yin. She demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism right from the start. Yin Yin did the appraisal for us and provided us with a realistic estimate of what we could expect for the house. She helped us by finding the right property stylist, photographers and advised us on running the campaign. All through the campaign period she maintained regular touch with us and provided feedback of buyers interest. She secured the offer prior to auction and secured our reserve price. She was extremely professional in her negotiations with us. I would highly recommend Yin Yin for all real estate needs.
