I found Ash to be very open and honest in his dealings. There was never a mixing of words as he finely dealt through the sale of my property. As I am a busy individual, Ash has gone out of his way to get things done for me that otherwise I would not be able to attend. From day 1, Ash identified the right strategy to sell my house and till the sale was completed he kept to that strategy which shows to me that he's got a strong understanding of the property market. I have in the past dealt with agents who tends to flip flop but not Ash. Ash tends to always work with a backup plan so if plan A somehow fails, he's always ready to move to plan B and the transition is generally streamless. I'd re-appoint him as my agent at all times - a good man, straight forward and there's never a hidden agenda.
