We honestly couldn't speak any higher of Jesse. His reliability, professionalism and communication is second to none. He made a very daunting process incredibly stress free and easy for our family. Absolutely recommend. Jesse and all the team at Local Expertz were all amazing and they'll have all our business in future.

We recently worked with Ash, and their strong negotiating skills were evident throughout the process, as they fought hard to secure the best possible outcome for us, despite the tough economic market. They also had excellent communication skills, keeping us informed every step of the way and always being available to answer our questions. In the end, their hard work and dedication paid off, as they were able to secure a sale. We recommend Ash for his open communication and negotiating skills.

It was my first time selling on the market. Christian put my mind at ease that he could help with the journey. Jesse really put in the efforts to negotiate and obtain offers, even tho during the new year and the high rates were challenging. Jesse was able to get us as close as we possibly could in the market conditions we were faced with. We sold within 3 mths of advertising which was a relief! Thank you so much thier team we are able to rest our minds and look forward to settlement day! Highly recommended!

We found Jesse Singh to be experienced about the market, easy to go and very committed. One of the the things we loved the most was he did not over promise on anything. He was honest about price range and did not raised any false hopes though help us to sell at the good price. We would highly recommend Jesse Singh.

From the first conversation I how had with Ash I knew I was dealing with a professional who knows his trade, I'm guessing Ash had his laptop in front of him cause as soon as I gave him the address he gave me all the answers I needed before I even knew what answers I needed. I know Ash and his team worked for us to get the best outcome but I also believe they had the clients ( buyer) interests in focus as well Thank you Ash and team for all the help and a quick sale, highly recommended team. Cheers Terri and Dirk Property was 53 Normandy Blvd Deanside
