Overall Monty was awesome and I dont say because he sold my house but he was always in reach & gave me peace of mind right throughout, making me feel like I was important & in the best hands He was reachable and if he did miss a call I was assure that I would hear back from him within the hour. He didn't BS at all or give me false hope but instead was ontop of things before they were thought of or addressed. After working at Harvey Norman for 10 years throughout the early 2000's where customer service was paramount & second to none, it was refreshing to get thG quality throughout the sale & again when purchasing through Monty.
