One moment that really stood out was when I accidentally had the wrong time in my calendar for the photographer. Rather than making me feel bad, he simply rolled up his sleeves and helped tidy the house so we could still make it happen. That level of care and kindness is incredibly rare. He somehow managed to win over my kids too - they still talk about the chocolate he always brought with him! It might seem like a small thing, but it says a lot about the effort he makes to build genuine relationships with the families he works with. Most importantly, Monty is exactly what you hope a real estate agent will be: honest, professional, approachable and authentic.
